The Group’s activities are organised in three core business areas: E&C (Engineering and Construction); Oil & Gas; and Construction. Other current activities, which include shipbuilding, energy, steel fabrication, and other manufacturing and mechanical engineering operations, are to be sold. The Group also has a considerable interest in the supply of equipment and solutions for the pulping industry.
